In most of such cases, you probably need more features for bigger team. Exceptionally if you just need very few extra users, let us know we can definitely help you out at reasonable extra cost per user.​

​User are those people who log in to MeraCRM and are called billed users. Team member are those in your team who do not use MeraCRM themselves but need to be part of MeraCRM to track their assignments. e.g. peon can be team member who don't login to CRM but manager knows what's assigned to him.

​We provide fair free email and SMS service every month based on the edition you buy. But, if your organization uses more SMS and email than fair limits, you can always purchase additional quota.

​No, not at all, but yeah we heard that some competitors do charge if you want to download your data back and data contain more than some records. We believe in fair and transparent business, so you are always in safe hands!
